Gaijin broke their own precedent, gave a non-answer that is objectively false in regards to why they changed their SOP (standard operating procedure) and for some reason, can’t bring themselves to either apologize for the random change and or do the right thing; let alone seemingly understand and empathize why players are upset.
“We value discount diversity…”, no you don’t.
For the last three years, the anniversary sale has operated fairly consistently under the premise that if the vehicle is older than two patches, it would go on sale. The slap in the face is that Gaijin gave absolutely zero heads up they would be deviating from this. A clear majority of these comments are Gaijin’s players clearly upset that, after waiting nearly a year for this sale, that something that historically would’ve gone on sale, didn’t.
Additionally, your community manager continued to use this “why would we let you know what will be on sale in the future? No one does that anywhere in the world”, which again is false. Black Friday ads, which are the advertisements by retailers where they let you know, typically a week or two in advance, what their main ticket items to go on sale on the largest retail shopping day have existed in the US for decades.
Gaijin knows what it will take to fix this but good community relations seems to be an incredibly difficult thing to comprehend for some reason.

Do you have trouble reading? I wrote that I want a set of turms and su25, now the su is on sale, but turms doesn’t let me know whether the next sale will include both of these machines on sale or just one? How can I know what type of promotion there will be? If I buy Su25 now and it turns out that in two months there will be a promotion of some kind
