I think they will all eventually get either their GE or money back, but its a lenghty process. You have to go trough support and/or the issue report site. Its not worth the hassle. Just wait a couple of hours.
Ultimately its your money so…

Well, the Kfir Canard was added in an earlier update - leading me to the conclusion, I should get a 50% discount ;)

I can clearly see that vehicles from earlier releases are not discounted - so the big sale is → fake news!!!
