So i have a problem with the rx 470 its just cant run the game no matter on the game grapichal settings, drivers are up to date direct x11 also installed but for same reason the game unplayable, before this i used a nvidia 840m and the runned not well but better than now , any idea? (if needed i can provide video)
Perhaps try deleting the cache and compiledshaders folders in the main game directory and then verifying install. It might be trying to use Nvidia shaders with the AMD graphics card and just freaking out?
Also make sure the Nvidia drivers are completely gone, there is a proper way of doing that iirc, so maybe give that a google too
Also try resetting the graphical settings back to their defaults?
