When will War Thunder upgrade XESS and FSR

[Necronomica]

Both are already available.

Or do you mean update to newer versions?

Edit:

BVV_d did mention in his latest post about Nuclear Thunder and the bomber damage model that there are Graphical updates planned for the next major update but no details on what that means (My highlight below).

@BVV_d

In general, we have a multitude of features and mechanics planned for the next Major, covering a wide range of aspects of the game. These include graphical enhancements, a new type of ammunition, a more detailed implementation of the DIRCM on helicopters, and much more. We’ll cover all of this in more detail in our dev blogs and other materials.
Thank you for your attention and continued feedback.

What I mean is to update XESS to version 3.0 or 4.0 and FSR to 4.0. Currently, the XESS and FSR used in War Thunder are rather old versions.
