thrust is a 7% improvement over the J-10A, but it gets screwed over by the weight increaes… also the AESA is nice yes but it cancels out the improvement with the bad gimbal limits that you can expect from a fixed plate AESA, i wouldn’t complain about this cause this is very realistic and i appreciate gaijin for making it so after artificially buffing it on dev server, but come on man the WS-10B is very much needed, but as i said im going to wait a week or two before complaining more, can be that they’re just awfully slow in making the model
i cant say it for sure, but currently it feels like RWRs are not registering missles correctly. had several times a fox 3 missle without any trace of the RWR doing anything
No. Its engine only has a 7% increase in power (12,902 to 12,930 kgf). With the added weight of the airframe and two extra missiles, it will be heavier. Additionally, the PL-12 missiles have relatively higher drag compared to other missiles. Apart from the radar, the J-10C’s BVR energy characteristics would not be significantly better than the J-10A’s.
Brimstones better, and the spice250 can be used as loitering munition, and then when their is no anti air (if your very lucky) you can take out everyone else easy
I do gotta say im very happy about LWS and 30 smokes for sep v2 and for the booker
for an example, the Typhoon with the ASRAAMs, the Gripen E with both IRIS-T and Meteors, the Rafale with the MICA-IR (and Meteors), and the F/A-18E with the AIM-174 and AIM-260.
Why? this is pointlessly complicated and forces me to save my sight packs to my OS SSD that I don’t want anything but my OS on.
and how do I turn this off?
in addition to being 14.3, it nullifies any improvement at all, so in conclusion the J-10C ingame just performs like a worse J-10A counting BR placement
