Really? I have hundreds of games in SU-30SM and Rafale and I have never had issues like this, at worst the soft-locked target would switch from aircraft to missile but u can just switch back manually
They also seriously broke ESA radars when they introduced the F-15C GE in the november update.
Some minor fixes to the british cruiser tanks but their main flaw still haven’t been fixed, the armor of the Crusader tanks still wrong… this problem affects all the Crusader tanks, and Gaijin has to fix it.
The fix you can take off the list is the turret machine gun on the Crusader AA Mk. II not working, but all issues regarding the armor of the Crusader tanks still haven’t been fixed… it affects all Crusader chassis:
- Crusader Mk. II
- Crusader Mk. II “The Saint”
- Crusader Mk III
- Crusader AA Mk. I
- Crusader AA Mk. II
Well, although years passed, and the armor of all Crusader tanks still very much wrong and incomplete, at least the machine gun of the anti-air now works…
For the past 2-3 weeks I’ve constantly had these issues with ghost targets going mach 10 from one side of the radar screen to the other. A report on it was made and it said it should be fixed this major. Turns out it was even worse lol
Edit : I also didn’t play the rafale since the November update so I can’t tell when those bugs started tho.
In this case, HEAT shells, in the best Gaijin tradition, still “hit”???

Insane how I was genuinely excited for this update to come out before having all of my expectations and joy ruined by this incompetent dev team. 2nd update this year they’ve somehow managed to break every ESA radar by adding new lines of code without ever testing them on the dev server. Broke the R-77-1 for a day by, once again, adding more lines of code to the missile without ever testing it on the dev server.
Added this ridiculous mechanic to the game that only serves to add another layer of RNG and therefore annoyance to this increasingly frustrating game. Got hit in the flap by a phoenix that splashed on the ground nearby me and I immediately lose HMD function because… why??
The mechanic would be so much better if it only applied when someone had been severely damaged but I guess thats too much. Instead we have to force an awful damage model on everyone.
This is a decent change ig? Stops some pretty BS deaths whilst at the same time completely messing up some missiles in games by making direct hits (that should’ve been severe damage) just hits and nothing else.
I really want to love this game because theres nothing else remotely like it, but man the devs really make it hard to love it
