When i am playing my pc uses about 1.5GB of RAM to run War Thuner while my Intel UHD Graphics is doing nothing how should i fix this?

While it should show useage. Your iGPU is located in the CPU anyways

Task manager is not an effective resource utilisation measurement tool. Please use something else.
