War thunder ignores my CPU frequency limit

I wanted to play War Thunder in my Acer Nitro V. Despite being a laptop it has enough power to play it, at least at medium.

AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS
RTX 4050 mobile (6 GB)
32 Gb Ram DDR5

I noticed that my CPU and GPU always reach maximum frequency, even idle, when I buyed it, so I limited my GPU using MSI afterburner and CPU in power options, due to I can’t perform undervolt on a laptop CPU. It has being worked for quite long time without any issues.

CPU

This configuration keep my CPU under 1.2 Volts max on use without losing so much performances, but War Thunder ignored it completely. It reached again the max frecuency and volts when I opened, not even tried to get in a battle due to my laptop could get blue screen by heat if I play a bit, it already happend before with games less demanding than WT. Please, I need to know how make WT don’t force the max frequency on use.

load

My GPU still runs as it’s in MSI afterburner.
