Well that’s odd. The NS-45 now has more ammo with 50 rounds per gun but both the NS-37 and NS-45 use the same case width and lenght. So they should be basically interchangeable.
So it seems strange that the 37mm gun now has less ammo than the 45mm gun.
Would be nice if they consistently published sources with every change, would be a lot of effort but I know how frustrating it can be. I seem to remember seeing the source for that change somewhere recently.

Another great day as a German player, another update without a top tier jet, all top tier vehicles nerfed with a safety feature that only has the downsides modeled and not the upsides, cannot be disabled, turning off the stabilizer doesn’t allow for more barrel depression, a safety feature for barrel collision in a game without barrel collision, priorities at Gaijin, amazing.
What else… increase in vehicle weight… decrease in depression, great.
Leclerc, Leclerc S2 — both have been moved from rank VII to rank VIII. The OFL 120 G1 APFSDS round
Why the hell does rank Vll get stock HEATFS but a higher rank with stronger vehicles get stock APFSDS, please have it make sense? Why do the worse vehicles get an added handicap?
- A new font for “number” decals available for Chinese vehicles has been added.
Still no actual decals for China for some reason, also still no word about where the weekly decals have gone to despite being told they’re return.
A new full-screen player profile window has been added.
Literally why? It’s the same but worse.
- An in-battle notification about successful missile evasion has been added. Currently the evasion is counted at the moment the missile is destroyed if its seeker had captured the player during the flight, but the missile failed to hit the target. The total amount of evasions per battle is also shown in the battle results screen.
I hope this will turn into award and is being tested.
Also an award for intercepting missile from either SPAA or jet would be cool.
- LERX Vapor effects have been added
I hope this one will be extended to whole wings not only around fuselage.
- Abandoned Factory — the location has been visually reworked with new assets, redrawn ground textures and new effects.
Great work, I like it more. It looks so much better. I wonder which one will be next.
- Leopard 2AV, Leopard 2A4 (all variants), Leopard 2 (PzBtl 123), Leopard 2A4M, Leopard 2 PL, Leopard 2 PSO, Leopard 2A6 (all variants), Leopard 2A7V, Leopard 2A7HU, Strv 121, Christian II, Strv 122B, Strv 122B+, Strv 122B PLSS — zones in the rear hemisphere in which the gun depression limit of +3 degrees is applied have been changed from ±40 degrees to ±75 degrees.
Fine that you went for being realistic but this is massive nerf to Leopard 2s. It is known that with stabilization turned off these degrees could be ignored. So please be thorough and implement also the other part.
- The mechanics of new vehicles have been extended to the requirement for the number of vehicles to unlock the next rank. If there are few vehicles at the current rank (less than 5 or 6, depending on the type of vehicle and rank) and a new vehicle is added there, this new vehicle will not increase the requirement to unlock the next rank for 28 days from the moment of its release. For example, in this update, when adding the Sabra Mk.I to rank VII of Israel’s ground forces tree, the number of vehicles required to unlock rank VIII will remain equal to three (based on the number of “old” vehicles and vehicle groups at this rank), until the Sabra Mk.I is no longer considered new.
This whole requirement is a huge obstacle. Remove the required number of vehicles to be bought and allow for continuous research and buy as it goes. Or slash the tech tree after rank IV so the starting line for cold war is present so no more need for researching from rank II. Or have the required number to be just 3.
- Leclerc, Leclerc S2 — both have been moved from rank VII to rank VIII. The OFL 120 G1 APFSDS round, which was previously located at tier I in the modification research window is now available by default. Silver Lions and Golden Eagles spent on researching this modification have been refunded.
- Vextra 105, AMX-40 — both have been moved from rank VI to rank VII.
This is unfair to those who are not in the rank VI and VII. This simply cut them off from reaching them. These changes should be treated as new vehicles are treated. So give a 28 days from moment of release a warning that this vehicle will be moved to rank VIII after period ends. Or be very clear and informative of such change in an advance so that players have time to accomodate for such change. Do something about it Gaijin please.

Netherland is part of Bundeswehr so I do not understand these addition to the France but I guess it is because of air tree. In that sense I believe that Germany, France and Swedeen should be coupled in match maker and always be on the same side to avoid confusion of all the Leopards in the game.
Plus not to mention that German army should have Bundeswehr cross on their tanks all the time. The added Leopards 2 to the France have the same camo as German ones. They are not very different to an eye. It is a must that Bundeswehr cross is part of their ground vehicles as it is in real life. Plus dont forget Leopard 2A7HU which also holds Hungarian army emblem.
Also wheels on the NATO camos are not painted with camo colors only with base color.
- GRAPHICAL UPDATES
Good job Gaijin I love these! Impressive work and I know bug and optimization will come so I applaud for finally going into waters of Dx12 and focusing on this part. Lot of assets in the game are outdated and lot of models needs more polygons so their shape looks more realistic. There is simply huge contrast between some and some feel really to be more than 10 years old.
- The new Aircraft test flight and airfields
Man I love this part of the update. It is so cool. I hope that the ww2 airfield will be updated and more cold war era airfields will be added and updated.
What I would like to see is life on the airfields and aircraft carriers. it feels so empty and lifeless.
Please add some static aircraft on the airfields and crew NPCs. Their animations can be the same as in the hangar. It would be nice just to see that there is an AI life in the game.

Quick question, to what extent do you have to ruin the stats of a newly released aircraft (M2KD RMV) so that the Excel spreadsheet displays it in Red and Gaijin wants to change it to Br quickly?

Oooohhh, this one will be interesting for sure, depending on how it plays this means that some light vehicles with their engine in the front will now be able to back down to behind cover when peaking a hill. This will increase the survivability for those light tanks. very exited to test this out.

This doesn’t seem to work with the CV9040C kulsgr m/90 (only one tested so far), when selecting radio fuse it still acts like an impact fuse when shot at tanks. Meaning that when shooting overtop a tank it doesn’t explode because of proximity to the roof (Which it should) and instead flies past and hits the ground behind.
Can anyone help me find the Nuke counter that says how many I’ve dropped?
the radio fuse of the kulsgr m90 is with a 3 meter trigger radius and needs 300 meter activation distance
So the stormer AD has been folded after essentially just 1 major update… What happens to the 150k RP that was put into the vehicle? Is that just thanos dust now?

From what i remember, it did help a good bit with survivablility while on hills. Glad to see it back.

Yes. Same thing happened when they did that big rework of foldering and rp costs. One of things that sort of sucks for those that already grinded but helps those that come after.
Probably a Community Manager so that they can ask the DEV’s.
