again, i was already arguing for at least 11.0/11.3 to be rank VIII and therefore getting stock APFSDS. we agree on that.
We don’t need to add even more RP to the game, they can just get stock APFSDS like everything else without this annoying monkey paw crap that Gaijin always pulls.
No stock heatfs for anything that has a better shell, anywhere, period.

Oh my god, yes. If it has more than one APFSD round, it should get one to start. At least Rank 7 and 8 should have it. Maybe even Rank 6. But having to take a stock Rank 7 stuck with HEAT against a stock Rank 8 that gets an APFSD is such a freaking pain.
Yeah, at 4.0 against Panzer IVs, not 11.3 against T-90s.
you said anything, specify more if not wanna get word twisted. but also the heatfs on the ikv103 historicaly would have faced way more “modern” targets than implied by game, since the ikv103 served until the ealry 1980s, i would guess it recieved the shell during testing the new shelltype in the 1960s with the strv103 or even a bit earlier in the mid 1950s with the centurions(strv81), so i would not face early ww2 armor more likely early up until late cold war armor
I’m sure in the real world it’s a shell that would actually function, however what we get is a shell that is magically sensitive enough for a singular blade of grass blowing in the wind to be capable of detonating it on contact, whilst also being able to bounce of a tank without exploding at the same time.
Plus real world environment wouldn’t consist out of CQC warfare with an obscene obsession for fences like WT has.
If we could have real world circumstances then Heatfs surely is more viable.
I wonder if the CC who requested the change is a frequent naval player… And the wishes/requests of the playerbase were ignored since years… Instead BR tasks getting more difficult (naval bombing is nerfed, KI AA still “laser-like”, SKR not getting up in BR, assist tasks in air battles are nearly impossible due to “severe damage” etc…)
But was is next? A newby player complains about long reload times and then GJ decreases them also by factor???
so now we cent turn while withing a distance from the ground, we could turn this off before but now its on and we cant turn it off, is this a bug or just a shitty feature of the game now?

I played a quick ARB game tonight for RP and the Ki-100 could turn just fine under 200m RALT
i was looking in options for this, did they just turn it on in the update?
Think updates can break options at times.
I keep a back-up of my controls for this reason as it’d be pita to fix everything
