I was looking for the screenshot, but I cannot find it(it was a long time ago)
I was out derping around on the edge of the Karelia map(back when you could such things)
and I stopped to look around for a bit and lo & behold what did I see?
Right there on one of the trees next to my tank was a heart with initials
carved in it plain as day. Clearly put there by one of the landscape artists . . . lol

There have been some other things, but I will have to scour my screen saves
and see what I can come up with, but I also get what you are looking for . . (I think)

And while this is not actually an “Easter Egg”, it was one that I have not seen before or since.
I was out on Vietnam map with a friend and we were too close/clustered up,
(never do this kids) and got bonked by arty(well played & placed) and my team mate
went KaBlooie . . . I got hit several times but did not die and afterwards saw this . . .
I am not sure how “unique” this may be, but a rarity for me anyway
(found it looking for the other screenshot . . … lol)

I recently saw the Leo 2A5 spaced armor getting cracked as well.
So it seems to be a thing, albeit rare thing

There’s a crashed bomber out of bounds on the arctic map but you have to get close for it to render in (you can only see it while flying)

I managed to land my heavily damaged ITP on top of this in the Grave Robber’s Canyon map.
I just sat there until the game ended(before Severe Damage was a thing) and didn’t get a
death that match . . … lol
and yes . . . I did get a “Safe Landing” reward too . . … lol
You know I meant a crashed bomber that’s part of the map right?

Jungle tank map used to have some stuff on it too, but since it got reworked . . not sure any of that
is left on it.
I have a vague memory of containers being labeled ‘S-Cargo’ or something like that, but all the ones i spotted in a quick custom battle were labelled with less funny names like ‘ammo logistics’ or ‘galla’
The Swedish “Forest modern camouflage” on the Swedish CV90 Mk.IV has Danish/Norwegian warning text on it by the exhaust Even though it has the Swedish “P4” regiments tag on it right next to it.

Off the top of my head (warning naval nerd), there was a map of Mordor inside the Project 253L bridge (sadly removed), the new Cassiopea class OPV has a pizza & a glass of wine in the bridge, you can also see a helicopter in the hangar when the doors are destroyed (as per Rowan mentioning that), the test range Fiji has a Panther A on it, as per a post on this forum.
Not sure it’s an easter egg, the Torpedo Boat Chidori is considered a Gunboat in game but in the Destroyer tutorial it’s rated a Destroyer.
For a spell of time the large Panamax Cargo Ship was painted green & dubbed the “EVERSTRUCK” an was placed around maps in stuck positions.
War Thunder has SIGMA… although it’s the crude tanker SIGMA Triumph.
Hmm can you call a preview decal really an easter egg? Yet if so the superstructure of the Project 20380 missile corvette was featured on the 10th anniversary decal.
Dotting several maps are the Rettungsboje (Rescue Bouy), unfortunately sometime last year their red crosses were removed as per daft international laws (what a waste of bloody money). Still there’s iirc only one red cross in game now & is iirc on the Do 335.
Yet a niche bit of history to notice.
Similar you can find strickened submarines & subchasers on several maps, of which models are in game as playable units eg: No. 13 subchaser (German U-Boote currently not in game).

Albatros and Bussard have their cabins (complete with toilets, lockers, desks and beds) modeled in x-ray
not really an easter egg, but Novorossiysk has little marks on her primary/secondary turrets where there used to be ‘name tags’ (as can still be seen on CdC)
and this little guy hides inside the turret of Peacock and Orla:

All red crosses legally need to be removed from the game to follow the Geneva convention, as there are only 2 non government groups that are allowed to use it, the Red Cross (duh), and Johnson and Johnson (due to them using it significantly prior to the convention) in fact the Huey’s actually had true red crosses in the cockpit behind the crew for a bit but they have since changed to green crosses
