The 2018 Szarik decal on the spreadsheet was changed from the Santa hat to the TSh-4M (Tankoviy šlem) about a year after its addition to the game.
The Boar 2019 New Year as far as I can recall was never in the game with the pilots helmet. Its has only ever been in the game with the Santa hat.
Was the Soviet flag an event decal or just never released?
Not sure which flag exactly, but if you mean the Soviet Victory Banner Flag, it was an old event flag (2018), and came also back as a ship decoration later (2024).
