Gaijin is currently reviewing reports about Leclercs.
Reports about Leclerc’s turret speed being too slow has been acknowledged, and all Leclerc turret speeds have been buffed in the next data mine.
Report about Leclerc’s armor has been reviewed and officially DENIED by the developers. We will never see any armor improvements.
The only thing us Leclerc players can pray for now is spall liners, or possibly a better shell like SHARD.
I also hope that we get a better reload speed, but thats at the mercy of Gaijin’s ‘balancing’ rather than realism.

I am sad that the Leclerc isn’t getting any armor improvements…
Turret is what I cared the least about; but I cared a lot about the UFP…
However, I am glad it will now get excellent gun handling, at last, giving it, at least, ONE advantage over the Type 10s hahahah
If it gets spall liners it will be a huge improvement, too! Since the tank is very spacious and “empty”, spall liners would drastically increase its survivability.
There are some buffs to basically all the Chinese top MBT’s in 2.33.0.20 (Not yet live)
But under one of the chinese tanks (specifically the VT-4A1), it says that the effective armour is being increased under “leopard 2A5_turret_nera”
Im curious if this will actually effect the Leopard 2A5 aswell (and the ones after that aswell)
Would be nice if it did affect the 2a5. From what it looks like they haven’t messed with the code for the Leopards yet

Feel like the sound changes still need qutie a bit of tweaking. At the moment they make gunsounds and the likes sound muddy and muffled, almost like you were hearing them from behind a wall or barrier. The added ultra-low frequencies seeming to overpower most other aspects of things like gunsounds. Making it also way more difficult now to hear where you’re getting shot from. Since almost any other sounds will drown out the low muddy thump of the guns.

The T-serries tanks has had less spalling for years.
Why would you do that?
It’s supposed to reduce spalling IF the armor is penetrated.
You put it behind the armor, not inside it because if a round penetrates your armor it just creates spalling through the backplate again.
you should look at what tanks they gave it to. damage has decreased for ALL tanks, regardless of protection.

fair is when you shoot at the side of a tank, no matter NATO or Soviet, and make -1 or even no damage?
they are oneshots. they are the easiest to kill
