When was the day Gaijin removed GE wagers?

but before, like, 3 or 5 years ago, u used to be able to get them from login rewards, then they announced that wouldnt happen anymore, it was at the same time they were removed from login rewards like gaijin said they would do, that the existing ge wagers i had were also removed from my inventory, and yet apparently some people got to keep them somehow
technically they didnt remove ge wagers because apparently u can still get them from the item shop or warbond shop or something
you might have recycled them by accident
im sure i didnt
also the recycling feature was only introduced like a few months ago
