Was r73 buffed or something? the current r73 can’t do something like that (not in my experience), at least not at mach 0.98 lol
let’s hope they have fixed the low speed performance too, it’s sad when the R73 just spins like crazy without control

Isn’t the dev server always like this? Less missile wobble and more responsive TVC because the servers are less bogged down than live servers

last week in air rb i lost all 4 of my r73s trying to kill a eurofighter because the r73 just decided to spin like crazy every time I launched it, needless to say how frustrated I was lol

I face problems with R-73 all the time.
In my mission R-73 performed like in your video - strange flight trajectory.
Also, it usually misses the target. Look at firing distance and G-numbers.
The missile should kill the target 100%. It was bot, so it did not use flares and used afterburners all the time.
Maybe Gaijin introduced malfunction probability?

Lmao they already have this (not really they just suck at coding), it was just only affecting Sparrows before. If they actually modeled malfunctions, then the KH-38 wouldn’t be overpowered, the R-27ER would have a 9% hit rate, and the game would just be worse to play.
This is due to launching at very low high speed and the angle of launch. Same thing has been a issue with TVC missiles since the addition of SRAAM

Back in the SRAAM days between 200-400kmh the lower it got the worse it was
