Thats because Germany went over to Sweden and showed them their developemnts as well as worked with them. The Swedish turret designes are based on germanys turrets, same with the Großtraktor.
Suspention also, and some even have German Maybach engines.

Actually, we have a lot of reference for interwar tanks from across the pond, from a game called world of tanks. For other nations suggestion we could have:
British empire: Renault FT, Vicker mk I, Vicker mk II
USA: Renault FT, M1 combat car, T1 Light tank
France: Renault FT, AMX 40 cruiser tank (yes the duck tank, might be too overkill for interwar era)
Russian empire: Renault FT, T-18/MS-1
German empire: Renault FT, Leichttraktor, Panzer I
Kingdom of italy: Renault FT, Fiat 3000
Republic of china: Renault FT, Renault NC
Empire of japan: Renault FT, Renault NC
Finland: Renault FT

I like the idea. I will say that the AMX 40 in the sense of the WW2 tank never made it off of the drawing board however. I know, I came from WoT many years ago and a lot of these are on my wishlist for Warthunder
renault ft will be the most copy pasted tank in warthunder history if this actually kicked in
