Viggen flight-model

Hello people!
This is my first submission so I do not really know how to do this in the best possible way. But to the topic, I feel that the flight model and preformance of saab 37 viggen is underpreforming. I was going to start a bug report on the topic but I need some more documents. For the moment I have found some declassified documents, but i came here for help. I know that lots is still classified and will continue to be that for a long time forward.

Here is what I have found, majority of it is in Swedish.

I know that the information is from the aj/ajs 37.

Ask here, this is where the current bug reports for the Viggen are going and as such, the AJ family and any FM changes are also discussed there as it pertains to the viggen family as a whole.
