Hi what do with this rockets on Vigen. Vigen Has URVP Rb 75 on all Modifications. But on Top Premuim Plane we have only NYR. Where my URVP on top Jet(wikipedia:Saab 37 Viggen — Википедия)

You are showing us the Russian Wikipedia for a source of the Swedish plane.
I am not a big fan of Swedish domestic jets so I’m not sure but I don’t think Fighter variants of Viggen are Maverick capable. (RB-75)
But meanwhile, If you find proper source which can support your claim.
