Video freezes

Windows 7, latest drivers… when I launch from the launcher menu and get into the game menu, there are multiple times when the mouse freezes, sometimes for up to 10 seconds. Trying to select something is next to impossible.

When I do launch into a game, there are times again, when the mouse freezes, which can be up to 5 seconds. All of this is literally making the game unplayable… I did look at submitting a bug report from the game menu, however the list of questions that needed to be answered was impossible.

Matters are complicated as well, since my login email hasn’t been valid for many years, and it seems like I am not permitted to update it. So with that said, any emails to respond to this or offer any fixes will not reach me. :(

Try running a file integrity check.
If that doesn’t work then try deleting your “cache” and “compiledShaders” folders and run another file integrity check (this will redownload the folders).

Have you had any issues with any other games? It might be that something is overheating in your PC in that case.
