Everything has been updated to the latest version.
I’m in the 30s FPS in the garage and from teens to 30 FPS in-game. I tried everything I could think of, but there are so many permutations to try that I’m seeking help from anybody who has gone through this problem and fixed it. I can’t locate any help through a cursory search in this forum.
I have everything turned to high and should see my FPS in the hundred region with my hardware.
Step 2: Lower the setting level and work your way up (maximum level is 4090)
Step 3: Graphics API: Select Direct3D 11
Step 4: Select Anti-Aliasing Mode Off
strange. i’m no expert but have you tried updating your drivers?
if you have them I’m not sure how to help other than messing with your graphics settings until you get stable FPS in the range you want. If you have ray tracing turned on maybe try lowering the settings or turning it off entirely?
not sure how else I can help but if this helps then i’d be surprised.
Well, the driver downgrade restored about 5 fps, and turning off antialiasing gave me maybe 2 more. There is something else going on. I remember this game was not that demanding of the GPU or the PC. They must have changed a lot of graphical settings lately.
update drivers and dont use ray tracing. should be able to use MSAA though with a 3090Ti.
I have a Ryzen 9 5900x 128GB ram and a RTX 3060 12gb and get around 150fps average on max settings (no DLSS or ray tracing) so its either a wack setting or ancient drivers
