Very brutal abusing my personality

can some one explain me how is possible there are players what are brutaly abusing some ones family and, are talking about pornography and got very rude rasisctic abusing thinks on heart just because some one kill them? why i must look at threating my family? why i must read about death of my 1st born son and after that whole my family… can some one explain me why player like this dont have PERMA BAN? in other games just if some one say KYS (kill you self) he get perma ban but not here … so this man for sure is not 1st time abusing because everything what he wrote was not just angry word … i can understand if some one open emotions and say something rude … we are peoples BUT THIS IS NOT OK!!! if this game is accepting so rude players, it is not OK. And if some one can still play game when abusing someones family and say: hope your sons will die … there is reall moral problem on side of the developers… im really sad i must see this every day … and will be glad i will get some informations about solution, this player

You just right click, report, fill out the details.

No need for them to be brought to the forums, hell, even hit up their squadron leader and question them if they’re aware that someone with thier tag is being a dip.

Hi!

We sadly cannot use images or videos as evidence as they are way to easily manipulated. There has to be a propper report made, using the in-game complaint system or the server replay function, for us to be able to do anything. A guide on how to create a correct report for each issue can be found here: (How to properly report players and contact Game Masters!).

We do not punish on the request of players and all reports are handled in a predetermined order. We also cannot disclose if any actions have been taken due to privacy reasons.

Please don’t post images containing profanity/any sort of rule breaking stuff. As already said by a GM, screenshots are not accepted for reports, so please report the user via the in-game report function or with the report function found on server replays
