You have no chance to climb to bombers (or they will kill U with their shooters since U are slow while clombing. Plus the UFO P-38 Lightings.

Look, all my oponents in RB fly purely and only nazi aircraft. Rly, ALL of them. They are fast, good climbrate and have also good armament. Plus P38s etc. No chance to exp that plane.
the VB.10-02 (4.3 BR RB) is actually the most heavy fighter as single propeller, since there is 2 engine (1 per propeller), and no one have it’s HP output at it’s own BR (except of the Wyvern S.4 at 4.7, with it’s 4050 HP turboprop)
In-game, the sum of engine power is 2620HP which is 120HP more than a F2G-1 Super Corsair (6.0 BR RB) (2500HP)
but the VB.10-02 does weight in between 6230 kg (no fuel) and 9523 kg (full fuel)
as comparison is given already : F2G-1 is between 4650 kg and 6054 kg
meanwhile every other single propeller fighters does weight with full fuel:
F2G-1 : 6054 kg - 2500 HP = 2.42 kg/HP
Bf109G6 : 3150 kg - 1260HP = 2.5 kg/HP
F6F-5 : 5720 kg - 1800 HP = 3.18 kg/HP
P-51D’s : 4170 kg - 1490HP = 2.79 kg/HP
P-47D : 6000 kg - 2390HP = 2.51 kg/HP
La-7 : 3000 kg - 1570 HP = 1.91 kg/HP
and as Author wanted to speak of P-38,… let’s take the P-38J-15 from same BR than VB.10-02:
2830 HP (total) - 7940 kg = 2.80 kg/HP
VB.10-02 : 9523 kg - 2620 HP = 3.63 kg/HP
then consider rate of climb, acceleration, maneuvrability:
you’ll understand how the VB.10 is Horrendeous to play.
clearly not the go to fighter,… even for BnZ - you’ll loose far more energy than any others BnZ fighters, as you’ll fight gravity 1.5 to 3 times what the others does.
it’s only advantage being the weaponnary - it’s completely cancelled if your ennemy don’t wanna head-on, or doesn’t sit still.
But you cannot climb to bombers. Too slow while climbing, they will kill you. This game is obviously for kids only since the devs know nothing about physics. It is rather a fantasy MMORPG. Next update will be with elves etc.

btw, you’re not going to intercept anything if you’re slow, so side climb or Rear-climb (don’t go in frontlines, and forgot the idea to get bombers before they bombed anything)
