V-sync not working

Hey so on my computer no matter what i do v-sync will not cap my fps, i’ve tried changing just about everything and looked on forums for a good couple hours.
I have a 75hz monitor but war thunder just never seems to cap frames at 75fps (as seen in photo)

Was just wondering if anyone Knows how to fix this or does anyone know the syntax/way to set max fps in the config.cfg file, tried:
“max fps: 75” ← found on a forum only 5 months old, does not work, syntax does not look right either
and “maxFps:i=75” ← tried changing the code to match syntax of the config file, still nothing

Any Insights, thoughts or definite fixes would be appreciated :)

The whole two years ive played WT ive managed to get Vsync to work a total of zero times.

is it enabled in nvidia settings? works for me.

I’ve had trouble with that setting previously too, but the Nvidia control panel method of limiting FPS works fine. if you have an NVidia card then try that. (I would think other brands would have something similar).

Yeah I’m AMD, since war thunder uses like 3 different exe’s it freaks out adrenalin (AMD Control Panel) so it cant detect the game :I
