Doesn’t really matter - I never paid attention to what is “better for the grind” - just what I felt like playing that day.

Will HE or APHE be better for killing battleship? So I assume that HE can splash damage the deck hopefully causing fire and killing the crews on deck since APHE only avaliable to pentrate maxium Heavy Crusier. Anything better then it, is impossible to kill.
You have to match your ammo to the target - AP is obviously better vs armour - but if you have low calibre AP then it’s not going top do much vs battleships anyway so use HE for as much surface damage as possible.
I often use Common or SAP from battleships vs cruisers, or HE if SAP/Common isn’t an option

I didn’t cheat what do i do next? will it affect my account? will he like pay gaijin to get rid of me? I have been grinding very hard in naval. Why did he choose me? What did i do? did he message the wrong person? Did I play too good and consider cheating???
Ignore it - all cheating reports are manually moderated and if you aren’t cheating then nothing at all will happen.
Consider it a mark of honour that some dork banker (can’t use the correct word on here) hates you for killing him… or whatever the imagined offence was.
And feel free to tell him that he’s just a loser banker just before you blacklist his useless arse.

How do i encounter 1v1 battleship like the Japanese Hyuja with crazy armor and big guns or other USS battleships.
I just die in 1 shot. from there cannons
You are a cruiser - you do not counter them - they are bigger and can and do kill you in 1 shot.
When I am in a BB I look for the cruisers first as they are easy kills.
Your only option is to stay out of their sights.
2 ways of doing this - hide behind your own BB’s, or do not bring a cruiser to a fight with BB’s - use cheap PT boats or DD’s and attack with torpedoes, jinking and hiding behind smoke screens.

what the point of this engine? Last time all other 6 engines were destory except this one being alive however the ship can’t even move. is this a bug or just this specific engine is not build for movement build for electric powers.
Possibly can’t move because transmission is also damaged?
Without looking at a replay there’s no way of knowing, and TBH I’m not interested in spending time doing so.
Perhaps you can have a look and see if you can work it out yourself?

No idea but now i have my first battleship the poltava what your best tips? it has a 60sec main gun reload which is very long.
and also why imperasrita Mariya have half the reload rate of Poltava with same gun and same turret?
And also why does the torepdo don’t do damage??? it just explode on my ships 4x times because i was camping. no time to escape and they warn me at that last few meter.
