I noticed that the command bridge armor layout is somehow a lot weaker than of it’s sister ship Colorado. Only 38mm all around. Is this a bug?

Does this effect how easy/often the command bridge is incapacitated since anything can penetrate it? does that structure count as command bridge at all?
