Using Rockets to attack enemy's airport would be banned according to the EULA 3.2.3

Hello, I am an Air SB mode player from China

Recently, many players in the Chinese gaming community have reported that using rockets to strike enemy airports in Air SB mode would violate EULA 3.2.3 regulations, and result in account bans. Is this true?
Or were they violating the EULA agreement due to other actions, such as attacking players at the airport or they have used scripts?

Hope to receive your reply sincerely

Well if you read the ELUA for the game it says:

3.2.3. No malicious or deceiving use

● modify server code (including the use of cheats, hacks, etc.);

● exploit flaws in Game mechanics (exploits, bugs, etc.);

● use software that automates the game process (bots, mods), changes gameplay or functionality of the Game, grants an advantage over other players not using such software, or otherwise changes game experience, whether yours or any other player’s;

● use any third-party software which may anyhow interfere with the Game which is not authorized by Gaijin for a particular Game(s) or related services, unless such use is permitted by law as a mandatory rule;

● destroy, disable (or assist in destroying, disabling) any computer or server used to support the Game and related services; to upload any files that contain malicious code, including viruses, spyware, trojans, worms, intentionally corrupted data, or any other files that may damage, or interfere with, the Games and related services; organize, assist or take part in any type of cyberattacks, including, without limitation, denial of service, and commit any other actions or attempts to disrupt the Games and related services;

● use the Game, knowingly or unintentionally, in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or contribute to a violation of any applicable law or regulation;

● make available, offer, advertise, promote, and otherwise distribute any of the aforementioned means of malicious or deceiving use.

If you have not done any of above then you in no way violated the ELUA. As a matter of fact nothing in section 3 in the ELUA would have anything to do with that, so unless its somehow different in China which I highly doubt as their is very much no rule against attacking bases in the game period with rockets otherwise you may as well have one for bombs which would be utter BS nobody would not know about if that were the case. If they were using scripts then yes that would be a violation of 3.2.3 if they " use software that automates the game process (bots, mods), changes gameplay or functionality of the Game, grants an advantage over other players not using such software, or otherwise changes game experience, whether yours or any other player’s"

They are crooks, I checked 8 of them, 6 of them have more than 8 kd, 2 admitted to exploiting the game bug, rocket attack airport is legal.

They were actioned for farming numerous accounts that sit idle on the runway. Most of them use mutli-box software to sync the accounts, and spawn all them with a press of a single keybind.

Having more than one account is a violation of the EULA terms, and using accounts as target dummies, or other players who actively partake in a private fight club. That is considered a violation regarding stats padding, or kill trading.

Also, rigging the matches in order to farm those accounts over and over under private conditions. That’s consider exploiting, since you are deliberately gaming the economic system at that point. No one is allowed to manipulate a game outside what the developers intended.

Many of them are not actual players. Most are 3rd party crews that exploit the game in order to boost accounts quickly, even during events, to sell the reward coupon on the marketplace. There’s also those who use that method to run a side hustle to offers services for dishonest players who want to cheat their way through the tech tree grind. They set up multiple accounts to allow those paying players to farm them over and over on the runway.

The airfield is still an objective target in EC. The issue is not the airfield itself, but with certain rocket types that are currently bugged. They are doing more damage than originally intended. We have been pressing this issue to get it fixed, but we don’t know when or how the developers will address it.

if the game allows destruction of targetable objects, is it the game in violation or the player in violation of abuse of game mechanic?

I think the game needs to be a little bit more “corrected
