User skins that I installed from live into the UserSkins folder suddenly stopped showing up, any idea why? The file is still there unmoved.

Good question, it just started with me after making a skin myself. The game was acting weird too. The tank would go all black before skin loaded in via hanger. Hopefully the mods know this issue.
