There is plenty of reason. There are an abundance of unique options from both sides, and it would offer a reverse China of sorts, with the blue nation being the main one and the red nation being the secondary one.
That doesn’t mean that it should happen.
There is enough, actually. The ground tree, if it started at tier 4 like with Israel, would have more than enough to be almost completely comprised of indigenous vehicles, whether they be modifications of foreign equipment like the M48A5K or fully indigenous vehicles like the K2 and K21, and the air tree would have a similar number of unique vehicles as Israel, so enough for Gaijin to consider it.
