USA needs AGM-154C with IR not the GNSS version!

Well, the HAMMER only has the IR seeker for facilities…

And this matters in game how?

lock range…

matters a lot.

isnt the penguin also a anti ship missile that can lock (not very well since its TV but still) tanks?

No?

that that it can’t lock tanks so its exactly the same as GPS version?

If the missile can’t lock tanks IRL then they can’t lock tanks in game either, look at the penguin IR missile for example.

And? It will lock tanks in game because it is IR doesn’t even matter how it works

oh i thought the penguin could in game. nevermind.

I see the IR AASM that can in game from quite a distance

ASM-2 doesnt lock tanks, penguins doesnt lock either

minimum target size of 10m

Did i really lie???

It could still theoretically hit tanks but only if they’re stationary.

AGM-154B uses BLU-108 submunitions though. Gaijin hasn’t implemented cluster bombs yet, and they seem to get quite nervous when you talk about LOAL AGMs…

i think clusters might actually break the game servers…

Could still be good against 12.7 SPAA.

understandable, imagine if flankers could launch KH38 from the airfield, land, and lock after. Right now at least KH38 can be launched blindly

cannot lock tank for me.

Gaijin should also add the double rack AGM 154A-1 and AGM 154C

I don’t think it can, only point mode, not track, i’m a bit uncertain though.

yes i was wrong. Necronomica said they cant.

Make a bug report if u can, we could try to get it passed as suggestion
