Both 12.0 and 13.0 are quite good and balanced but the compression is soo bad 12.0 always faces 13.0 and 13.0 faces 13.7 and 14.0

Zero nations have a top tier squadron jet. Two have a rank 8 jet. Neither zero nor two is “many” by any definition.
The only aircraft I could justifiably see coming as a really high-tier squadron aircraft for the US would either be a two-seater F-15, F-16, F/A-18, or something like the F-16C Block 30/32/42/52 or F-16A Block 15 (non-ADF, so just plain Block 15 or Block 15 OCU).
Block 15 OCU would be the most probable, just due to it being better than the Block 10, but overall worse than the F-16C (not to mention a model of it already existing and being used in the Thai sub tree).
However, I really think this game should steer clear from top tier squad aircraft…
F-14A late with 9M and 7P would be a good idea.

otherwise, can only hope that there is a USAF squadron with them like F-15SG to get them through there

Realistically, its kinda just the Indian version of the F-2, so if it does come to US I expect it to be in the prems/sv/event section
(I say indian version of the F-2 because it’s an F-16 that’s been heavily modified to fit their nation, kinda like what the F-2 is)

Why should it go to US? There’s already Indian vehicles in the UK tech tree (MiG-21 Bison specifically) and no real reason that should change. There’s nothing wrong with other nations getting a share of the snail’s love, and honestly an Indian F-16 that’s different from the rest of the copy+paste F-16 spam whilst also filling that UK air gap would be interesting and probably make for an interesting event vehicle/tech tree addition.
