You have to remember American mains have the collective memory of half a goldfish so they instantly memory hole any time the US is ever meta. Infact i can bet you by this time next year they will have forgotten about the M1A2 SepV3 being one of if not the top tank currently.

Is a Stupid argument as those are captured not purchased unlike USA did purchase with MiG-16, mig17, mig23, mig29 and su27 but even with this it dosent mean USA needs them unless Russia gets USA vehicles

Lets be fair here and not pretend this is nation specific, people tend to memory hole release state R-27ERs as well, or try to downplay how effective BMPT on release were.
Hell, there are people currently downplaying premium Su30s effectivness.

It’s not nothing, it’s you refusing to realise that it’s not hardware that defined meta, it’s people inability to deal with this hardware. If people wouldn’t learn how to notch - F-15E and Eurofighter would be meta right now, not the Rafale simply because AMRAAMs launched from 40-45km would clean enemy team before Rafale would get in range to sling MICA. This is the same reason why not R-27 defined meta at the time, but AIM-9M and R-73. R-27 was easily dealt by flying below 100m but you can’t deal with IRCCM Fox-2 as easily.
There was no 9M nor R-73 on R-27ER release.

Alas, I started playing after F-14 addition, and I got to top tier at the time of MiG-29SMT. Unfortunately for you, I said this taking into consideration the state of the game, not my personal experience with Phoenixes. They are easy to deal with, but again, for majority of people this “easy” just means flying below 100m. Problem arises when only one team flies below 100 while other does not because they have F-14s catching anyone that doesn’t hug the ground.
