Pretty sure the US has at least one of the ERs and munitions are apparently a balancing mechanic so it could totally be added.
Not sure why it wouldnt be since the US has its top-tier jets farmed out to every nation in the game (except Russia).
It’s the best SARH missile, but it’s not a second coming of Jesus. It’s not ER forced multipath meta, it’s people’s inability to deal with ER that forced it

Did the U.S. Fly the MiG-29 in active service? No.
Did other countries fly F-15s, F-16s, and F/A-18s in active service? Yes.
