Let me just put it out there. Yes other nations have gotten nothing valuable this update and should’ve gotten something this update. I’m only talking about the US as that’s what I’m familiar with the most
Honestly, can we stop getting a new plane every update. There’s really nothing the F15E adds to the table that the current F15C or the F16C doesn’t already do. Yeah sure it gets cool GBUs but lets be honest here, it ain’t gonna be that effective when targets move and spaa are guarding the skies. It will be good in ARB but that’s pretty much it.
As for ground, it’s good that we’re getting SPAA but it’s kind of just bland. the T77 is just an m16 on tank chassis with two extra 50 cals. And the Skink is just a copy paste. Yeah these vehicles fill a necessary gap but it’s just boring.
Boring is the best way of putting it. It would be nice to see vehicles with unique weapon systems but whenever a new vehicle comes out, their weapon systems are the same to their predecessor or to an adjacent vehicles. Or their platform is just an upgrade from their predecessor.
I’m not saying not to add them in the game but unless there is a major gap of capabilities that the vehicle needs to fill or an area which it struggles, be creative.
I’m not gonna be advocating for the US to get X weapon systems or Y vehicle, it’s up to the devs. All I want is something fresh.
