Honestly, it depends on where you are.
Out in the desert or forests or mountains obviously it won’t smell bad unless your next to something dead. But parts of urban areas can be pretty bad

Yeah, I mean I assume that most of the world is the same way, urban areas tend to be more cramped and polluted so naturally smell worse
