USA A-10C bias needs to be 12.0 to be “fair”

Why wouldn’t the US have the best air tree in the game?

It’s not an M2 though, so no R-73’s

But I might believe gaijin no prob rename to Su-24M2 before add 2x R-73

Yeah, they wouldn’t, but also, it would give them a reason to have a foldered variant behind the M, being the M2.

I would much rather a ground attack aircraft (meant for game modes that include player controlled ground targets) struggle in an AIR sim mode, than having it make an entire BR bracket unplayable, creating a situation where one side has all the IRCCM missiles while the other is slinging R-60Ms at planes with literally infinite countermeasures.

The Su-24M should be 11.7 for sim air,
And the A-10C should be 12.0 for sim air

Just because no USA pilot knows how to fly, doesn’t mean the Mig-29 is OP, also the Iranian F-14 can’t detect the mig-29 as easily on rwr, it’ll pick it up, but a team of F-14s can smite a team of Mig-29s.

The USSR tech tree demands skillful play, whereas in my experience, the USA one all I have to do is click a button.

There is a reason the air sim win rate for USA is almost 98%

In fact, some USSR planes I have for sim have a 0% wr.

Sim should have an AEWACS or ground based radar to detect aircraft this would be the great balancer.

And the Su-39 would be able to mount it. In fact the Su-39 is very much neutered compared to what it “should” be able to get.

No matter what AA you use, the Su-24, or any F-16 with long range capabilities, can fire n forget, and run, and come back over and over. I see it all the time in top tier, because I’ll be happily playing a tank, then get nailed by a plane, try to hit it with my pansir, and the missile gets over g’d easily.

The tornado gets a thermal pod in what world should it ever be considered the same br as the 24M

Because a Thermal Tpod means absolutely bugger all in Air sim battles.

It means you can pick targets out of the sky way easier, that’s how I do it in my A-6e tram. Very useful.

Me too, you 4 AIM-9M, you can out-turn anyone, and misiles prefer flares than the A-10 …

At 11.3 we are gonna destroy Mig21bis !!!

And I will not fly Team B at 11.3 anymore, I guess I’ll not be the only one, and Team A will be outnumbering Team B by far

It should have no impact on BR placement. Considering the limited view, a low resolution on the Tornado TPod (or at least Tornado Gr1) you can barely pick out targets all that far. Let alone VID enough to fire. Also… Why are you trying to dogfight in a Tornado Gr1?

If you want to dogfight play a Phantom or Tornado F3.

I might use a tpod on the Harrier Gr7 because that is an aircraft actually capable of A2A combat and with a 12.7 BR and sub-sonic, you are forced to quite often. But again, Gen 1 tpod. you can barely VID from all that far

A-6E is at a BR where Aim-9Ls might find targets without flares and is sub-sonic. I can see the A-6E being fairly usable in A2A combat. The Tornado… Why the hell are you trying to dogfight Mig-23MLDs

At least you get a thermal pod the Su-24M is stuck with the usual soviet/russian forward looking only sight without thermals that forces you to stare directly at whatever you’re attacking unless you use TV

What’s funny, is the KA-50 in game, which is now 11.0, is the upgraded model, (dev blog even said it was the upgraded one). with the night vision kit which had gen 1 thermals, yet it didn’t get them, yet pretty much every
Other premium heli got them.

They just hate Russia I guess.
Since the only aircraft that get thermals are the top tier helis.

You do know the ENTIRE reason we no longer have any PvP heli modes is because the Ka-50 and Ka-52 why completely OP and broke the gamemode for everyone else right?
