Only hardkill APS tanks and tanks with alleged radar warning would be able to defend against it, thus it should never be added, or added at a BR that can’t face current 11.7s.
IR missiles are defeatable with smoke, and radar missiles are not.

Modern smoke launchers contain chaff as well to protect against radar guided missiles. I know at least the Swedish and French has it with their GALIX smoke launchers, but it wouldn’t suprise me if other nations has something similar.

That 90% was a hyperbole. The vast majority of maps have quite a bit of cqc combat, relative to long the amount of long range maps.

It is still extremely common.

I have no idea where you’re pulling this information from but doing a quick youtube search disproves your claim. I’ve noticed the way you “debate” and quite frankly it’s getting annoying. When I make a counter claims on your argument, you completely ignore it and then pick the smallest details of my claims to make your counter argument. You could just admit you were wrong and move on but you don’t. You debate with bad faith.

Locks onto targets the moment they spawn in, you can easily track their movements through your radar and intercept their missiles.

Pantsir shouldn’t have been added since most nations still don’t have any TOP TIER SPAAs and big gaps in their Anti-aircraft line, Russia didn’t need another SPAA since they have alot of them, it’s selfish to just add the most powerful SPAA to Russia only while letting other nations rot and suffer.

Then WT should’ve added the SepV3 instead of the SepV2 in Search & Destroy. The 2A7 and T90M brought something to the table but the Sepv2 was just a copy paste. top tier rounds doesn’t mean much when majority of the shots are spent aiming for weakspots. Armor plays a bigger role in top tier than the round being used. Of the big nations, only US has the weakest of them of all. No matter how much armor you put in the hull it doesn’t take away from the fact that the turret ring is the biggest weak…

at this point, I don’t know if you are reading what I’m saying. You are playing semantics as if it’s helping your argument. It’s not. The SepV2 in all sense is the exact same as the SepV1. Same round, armor, and fcs. The only difference is ARAT (which is useless) and the crow. That’s it. Where as the 2A7 and T90M gets better armor. CQC is not popular, especially for top tier. I have no clue where you got that information. it makes weak spots much easier to hit but at the same time much harder …

Like I said, the only difference is the ARAT and the CROW, nothing else. Majority of the community understands it’s a copy paste because it does/has nothing useful that that the SepV1 can’t do. Literally the only reason why you can’t remove the ARAT on the SepV2 is because it’ll literally be a sepV1 (with a crow). I don’t know why you’re adamant on saying it’s a “different” tank even though it’s not and infact a much worse tank compared to the SepV1 That’s the reason why I said it’s copy paste …

Also, I do not have a Pantsir, my friend does and I see him get +13km kill against aircrafts. And like I said before, doing a quick youtube search disproves your claim. I don’t need to face you in order to make a point.

Just like France and China.
Soviets are not special, and the fact you claim new top SPAA isn’t needed is hilarious.
All ten tech trees need SPAA superior to Pantsir, the only people that claim otherwise are CAS players that want to remain unkillable from SPAA.
