ones on the left are AIM-9X, ones on the right are MMW Hellfires
thank you
More Stryker variants are welcomed :)
Sure for ground troops and helis its obvious why but i was specifically wondering about stuff like the Bradley for example
you would be right about that. thats why they are currently trying to replace it, its an aging platform and it would be good for US’s heavier IFV’s to have fire and forget capabilities
Thats great and all but it would still require a line of sight at a BR where an IVF can lob a spike at you and scurry off behind the next hill
We’re not talking about Russia, it’s never gonna get a buff whatsoever
What are u talking abt?
What I meant is, if it’s not Russia, no buff
The problem with us ground are not the tanks.
Spikes do no damage
By the way, Bradley has new TOW2 radios, which fly not by wires but by radio signal.
American doctrine typically states that all forms of armor are a combat support to infantry and not a primary force, so likely you will have ground infantry with things like the javelin and such or a main battle tank helping you in battle. It’s also that the tow 2b is an extremely efficient tank killer and IRL situation awareness in an armored vehicle is much worse probably not going to see the Bradley two or so miles out launching on you to start with.
Sooooo will we get the patriot anti air system?
Let me make this simple: If you are a CEO and you have a confidential internal email…and you send it to “All” who are you gonna blame/sue? They sent their own document out publicly!
it is literally against the law in many countries to use and spread the classified information. Leaked or not. It is so completely and utterly different then that case. because again. In several places, its illegal.
