Reasoning:
Maps currently aren’t big enough for them to climb to play like an strategic bomber and are currently mostly defenceless against supersonic aircraft. They may have the ability to flare missiles but would not be able to defend themselves against aircraft with SALCOS and radar missiles. Both can definitely be more playable and fair with a slight BR change. For the Tu-4 it even worse and 7.0 will hopefully make it more playable.
I really like the Ground decopression you did at the 3.3 - 4.0 range.
Two things: the new 4.0 vehichles, such as Panzer 4 H should be rank 3 vehichles.
Jagdpanzer 4 and Hetzer at 4.3 might have a bit too good of time feeding on the T-34s.
Vehicles: Leclerc S1 And S2
BR change: 12.7 → 12.3
Reason: to create a lineup with leopard 2a5NL and to make this tanks more useful they currently have no place in 12.7-13.0 BR since they lack armor and a better round still stuck with 580mm pen.

due to the issuance of the early AN-64 AGM114K, the Japanese began to look even worse due to the lack of LWS and IRCM, and there was parity in armament. Before that, the Japanese had more advanced weapons to the detriment of electronics, but now they have nothing to be considered equal to the rest of the Apaches.
Given all the changes to the medium tanks around them (Pz IVs, the early T-34s and the M4A1) the fact that the M4A2, the Sherman III/IV and the M4A3 105 are staying at their current BRs is actively hilarious.
I agree with moving them down but this point really did not make any sense. Any apfsds with more then 500mm of pen can easily take out any tank at br range of 10.0 to 12.7
Vehicle: Stirling B Mk III (stirling_mk3)
Mode: Air RB
BR: 4.7 → 4.0
Reasoning: With the Lancaster B Mk I now moving down to 4.7 which is better in every way compared to the Stirling Mk III it’s unfair to have two planes at the same BR with wildly different capabilities. Furthermore comparing the Stirling Mk I and Mk III there isn’t enough of a capability gap to warrant a 0.7 or even a 0.3 br difference. I believe that the Mk III should go to 4.0 along with the Mk I.
Vehicle: Lancaster B Mk III (lancaster_mk3)
Mode: Air RB
BR: 5.0 → 4.7
Reasoning: With the Lancaster B Mk I now moving down to 4.7 the Mk III should move with it. The difference between the Mk I and III is the change from Rolls Royce to Packard Merlins, a change from 4 .303 Browning guns in the tail turret to 2 .50 Browning guns and the removal of the H2S blister underneath. If the removal of the blister does affect the drag coefficient then it would be better than the Mk I but not enough for a .3 br difference.
Reducing its BR to 3.3 and removing its shell is the worst possible outcome when the IKV 102 exists and fulfills this role. Forcing the IKV 103 to be used like the 102 makes no sense and only further nerfs a already weak lineup.
Additional comments:
Its a tank destroyer and you have removed its only real good shell
sure its earlier heat can and will kill but its early heat and its not amazing, if you are desperate for a 3.3 TD with that then add the ikv 102 so you arent ruining an already good vehicle
Not only is this change not asked for but considering there is a greater difference in year between m/65 and m/49 and the fact this tank was only replaced by the Ikv 91, means we are just being not very historical with the ammunition
Its now basically not different to the SAV its foldered with, there is not unique quirks to it and the desire to get the vehicle will have dropped substantially bc you can skip it
A fix for its performance issues could include one of many other things used for balancing, like reload rate or just lowering the br without removing the shell, its not like the shell gets better as the br lowers as its 400mm of pen, what has more than 100mm of armour at 3.7?
The difference between this and the Ikv 102 is like the roof and positions of internals and the ikv 102 did not serve as long making it the more fitting early vehicle because well it is, making it an alright addition to the tree if the idea if for yet another 3.3 TD firing PSGR m/49
the reason its 4.3 is because in live its 4.0 and to make it fair with the rest it’d need to be a step up
Well not many planes can climb to that altitude at those BR. Like 8.0 you want to see Me163 hunting that big bomber at high altitude with that 3 min rocket fuel? Currently Me163 already took more time than any plane at same BR and from different era just to reach mid map. And in other case, my Lim-5P already spent a lot of time and energy just to catch B-52 at high altitude.
