AH-1F, Tzefa D/E, AH-1S - give stock ATGMs 4x TOW
It is not clear why the helicopter on 9.7 flies with a ridiculous 28 nurses, and the beginning of pumping the already not the strongest ATGMs on this br is already at the 3rd rank of modules, which turns it into an unbearable grind

i don’t believe it can be compared to tank like OF40 mk2, X803, M60 TTS, Leo A1, Class 3 P, 279, BMP3, and the Chinese 9.0 gen 2 thermal gang
or be better than the APZ.K A2 / and the SK-105 A2 are 8.7 that for now share the same BR but have more tech (gen 2 thermal, drone, spotting, a turret ; ), and even a better round) with the same fire rate
the fact of the transmission always breaking while receiving shot no armor against APFSDS you’re dead if you get hit and at 30 degree sideways you can’t aim (even more hull aim is already a tragedy by itself) really compromise its performance and usability

Reason
Only carries Six missile which is not good for current meta (Iron dome meta). Considering F-16I was at 14.0 before, It should also be at 14.0 then. 120D is not a huge improvement over the previous AMRAAMs, so the PoBIT has no reason to be at 14.3

Vehicle: Every single aircraft
Change: Decompress all BRs
Reason: Balance is impossible to achieve at 90% (if not more like 99%) of BRs because the compression is so bad it forces vehicles into being placed more often than not at BRs which are simply “the least worse” but still terrible. More than a few are shoe-horned into totally inappopriate BRs purely because of a loadout reason, like the Buc S2B at 10.7 just because it has 9Ls
This BR change has only highlighted this issue even more. The Mriage 2000C-S5 is moving down to 12.3 likely because its totally outclassed by the F-15s, but that is the same BR as the Tornado GR4/SLE which are waaaay weaker than the Mirage 2000C-S5. If the Su-30 premiums moved up, and then 13.0 could be decompressed and then the F-15s could return to 13.0, then the Mirage wouldnt need to necessarily change.
So please, stop these largely pointless BR changes which dont really do anything and actually decompress Air properly, The max BR needs to be around 18.0 for a half decent start to a full decompression

13.3 → 13.7 (ARB)
Reason: These are not 13.3 planes. They were never 13.3 planes, they will never be 13.3 planes. If Gaijin refuses to move these up even though they have been the single most complained about aircraft for multiple BR changes now it’d be ridiculous.
This has been posted countless times before, but it will inevitably be posted countless times again until these aircraft are looked at.
Stock loadout changes
Change: Give all Rank IX and VIII aircraft chaff Stock
Reason: These aircraft are dictated mostly by SARH and ARH combat, and they need chaff stock in much the same way VII aircraft need flares stock. Rank IX is perticuarly hard-pressed due to the dominance of AESA radar which means that tactics like Terrain masking and flanking are exceptionally hard

Change: All Rank VI and VII strike aircraft given Stock A2G weapons (even just a limited number of small bombs)
Reason: Many strike aircraft do exceptionally poorly in A2A combat even sapded and yet many are forced to engage in A2A combat to stock grind, without even missiles. Aircraft such as the Jaguar GR1 or Super Eterndard are dependent on gunfighting when stock and this is just unacceptable. Giving them, even just a handful of small bombs or rockets would give them an alternative and make the stock grind much easier, Rank VIII strike aircraft (and possibly a few ex-Rank VIII aircraft) such as the Tornado IDS already get this, and the stock grind is way more reasonable.

Change: All Rank VII aircraft stock SARH
Reason: Rank VIII aircraft already have this and its highly effective in making the stock grind way less tedious. Many aircraft at Rank VII are similar if not the same BR and its unreasonable to expect these aircraft to stock grind with only IR missiles which are usually vastly inferior.
For example Tornado F3 at 12.0 has 2x 9Ls and 2x Skyflash DFs stock and also at 12.0 is the Phantom FGR2 with 2x Aim-9Ds stock. This is just insane imo.
Might be unpopular, but the low-tier GRB changes are nice to see
