Updated Nuclear Escalation: Vietnam!

Instead of nerfing SPAAs, they are generally upgraded?

You have bombs, don’t you?

(provided they don’t fall through the ground lol)

Osa’s shoot down bombs pretty easily

They do the same to ARMs

Its easier to bait them to not shoot Arm’s

same thing for ARMs?

Well, you don’t have anti-radiation missiles (ARMs) to attack the J-band, and they’ve added more ZSU-23s, so… be happy. XD

You cant bait them as easily with bombs. Its easier to bait them to not shoot down Arm’s however

You think 3 Mavs are good enough or nah? If so Sweden is screwed lol, if ARMs aren’t working probably not…

You’ll have to explain how that’s the case to me

You can throw a huge load of bombs to overwhelm them

You’ll be better off showering an emplacement with bombs

Looking through the ARMs available at that BR range, I can’t find any that are capable of tracking OSAs (J-band), not even Soviet ones

fair 'nuff

You need to be far closer even with bomb tossing. With ARM’s you can fire once in launch range of enemy missile, and do evasive manuevers while still inside the range of the missile. They wont switch target or turn off their radar

Work on them quicker. Since the last time nothing really changed. I don’t even feel feel the so called changes.

M163 round don’t even come near me I die, they were 20m off. The Roland shots at me without needing a radar lock and takes me down as if it has one. 163 shoots down everything.
The new AA position are not beneficial at all, they still don’t do anything!

they won’t change anything cuz this mode is balanced around nukes, AA is not a problem when nuke tossing from 15-20km

At what range would you usually fire the ARMs?

Yeah I’ll be sure to rain my 16x 250kg with 40kg explosive mass bombs on the target…

While having no countermeasures

Against Osa’s in NT? About a bit after 12km sonce the Osa fires at 12km

I’m referring to multiple recurring suggestions that have been put out since the first couple iterations, some of the most talked about ones being:

(i) The need for nuke costs to be higher. (ii) The fact that the naval component yields no score, SP or rewards and that is has no game impact whatsoever. (iii) The economy being completely based around people nuking large AI stacks - forcing people to ALWAYS resort to nuke carriers as soon as they are available, regardless of circumstance and screwing over people on CAP or SEAD/DEAD roles. (iv) All munition interception by Radar SPAA being something that should be heavily tuned down, especially on Rank VII & lower BR ranges, if not outright removed.

You’ve got 1000lb bombs and CMs on the F-35
