Updated modules being implemented unfairly

So I noticed that almost every tank in the game are getting updated modules such as bigger FCS, driver controls, extended hydraulics and APUs the problem is all of these are NATO tanks and even the new T90M arena doesn’t get them.

Now how is this fair?

Do Russian tanks still run on hand cranked power or something for this lack of modules

Dont think about bias in who gets these modules, buy new F-14D instead. /s

PREACH either for everyone or for no one… and stop adding imaginary stuff like the challenger’s turret basket =/= horizontal drive (btw)

This is their general stance on why:

Then impliment it on all takes in one sweep. Don’t just put it half the implimentation and put it in again a year and a half later.(My previous sentence exaggerates the perceived estimated timeframe)

Implimenting modules on certain vehicle at a certain BR for a certain set of nations/vehicles makes it unfair when playing against vehicles that may not have these modules. Especially if this is a reoccuring pattern.

That is exactly what they explained in the quote above can’t reasonably be done and why.

Idk about that but I like spending money on things which are actually worth the money. No offense

And thats why they implemented them for two MBT families only and forgot about them for almost a year.

And started adding them to anyone but russia.

So my time frame wasn’t exaggerated?

That’s poor from Gaijin.

Quite a terrible excuse when EVERY single nato mbt has received tons of modules while the only tanks currently lacking it is soviet style tanks. They’re now even adding additional modules to the abrams multiple updates after the initial turret basket change, while russo/chinese tanks never received anything at all.

Also, why is the oplot the only soviet style tank that loses its stabilization when the FCS is destroyed? Why don’t russian tanks lose it, even though they have it modeled?

No ones buying this man

To add onto that, if we’re considering :

Then that’s telling. If you take more then a year to impliment similar or equivalent modules on Russian/USSR tanks compared to NATO tanks, then there is something wrong with the timeline or resources being spent.

Or even better: Priorities.

This is just straight up wrong, they lose thermals and stabilizers when FCS is lost

Yada yada yada. Remember the A4 that crashed games when itself crashed? The swedish tow launcher that fired the event MITL missile?

Gemini entertainment doesn’t do QC. The excuse in the post is just that, an excuse. They can roll out these changes all at once, but they’d rather use a made up reason to artificially nerf some tanks. What is going to stop them from keeping these “new” models internal for a year and then rolling them out to live all at once?

If other big studios can do changes like that and roll them out simultaneously, why can’t Gemini Entertainment?

the excuse is that it takes a long time, which is correct. new models and assets take a long time and cost a lot to produce (unless they AI slop it like the weeb challenger)

my problem with it is that its extremely selective, and often incorrect. CR2 now has a turret basket despite using a turntable. Theres been several light vehicles gimped by either fake FCS modules or a lack of blowout panels on ammo stowage.

ancient, buggy and blatantly wrong models in the earlier ranks of the USSR tree (its in many but ussr benefits the most) have been left to be a constant thorn in the side of balance and immersion. Im sick of a T34 shrugging off a 17pdr shell because the drivers hatch has a single millimetre of overlapping steel that really should just be punted into the drivers chest.
