so it’s not ok to raise these aircraft because they’ll end up fighting more powerful aircraft, but all 12.3-12.7 and some 13.0 aircraft that can’t effectively fight these aircraft with SARH missiles will just have to suffer?

Multiple rounds of BR feedback changes are ALWAYS required, same with announcing them on the main website for all to see.
I’m not too surprised to see M247 going up in BR, I’d imagine my 9.04 K/D played a decent role in that…
PGZ09 is absolutely nowhere near as efficient as M247 in AA work, so shouldn’t be going up in BR.
I find it interesting that you’re lowering the reload speed of Comet, but still keeping it significantly slower than all other 17 pounder and 77mm HV guns in game.

Its in line with the 30 mm APFSDS on the BMP2M and ZBD04A, its just the APDS thats really good i guess

More missiles at this point would increase its BR even higher. We will observe the situation after the current increase and see how it performance in current settings.

Also it’s wild to see that the F-16I didn’t move down. It genuinely features a worse A2G loadout than F-16C after the addition of ARMs and GBU-53.
Also what warrants a .3 difference of BR when it comes to F-15I and F-15E.
Though genuinely with the addition of ARMs a new max BR of 13.0 for ground and 13.3 for air in GRB should have been considered. Put the top CAS planes to 13.3, the top FNF helicopters as well (and maybe Pantsir SM-SV), and decompress both ground and air at least a little.
This would even be beneficial for Gaijin as they could differentiate the Leclercs by their ammunition for example. Give S.XXI and AZUR SHARD at 13.0, keep S.2 with OFL 120 F2 at 12.7, and only give S.1 OFL120F1. Now you have space to finally add a French top tier premium which “isn’t top tier” at 12.3, and have it share its BR with Click-Bait.

Therefore, we’re not going to increase their Battle Ratings in the current Planned Battle Rating changes. We do however plan to increase them in the future when we introduce the new maximum Battle Rating for aircraft.
