EFS is only added with an Extinguishing system with bottles full of extinguishing compound, not when there’s only a Fuel/Oil cutoff

Sound mods are still not working for WIP version. Tried manually editing config.blk, or enabling it through the settings, nothing.

Thank you to everyone who tested sound mods on the WIP client; thanks to your help, we have found some issues, including client crashes. Because of this, we’ve had to postpone the enabling of sound mods on the main client.
