Other Fox 3’s don’t do splash damage when flying over the water, only when hit to the ground.
Fox-3’s in general won’t splash you over water, that’s a given. Only a direct hit will destroy you (and even then, it’s particularly difficult cause water reflects radar waves, making it harder for the missile to see you)

Was there a Bug like that in the ITO? I know that OSA had the elevation issues, but ITO was fine?
Does not work if the ping is too high/packetloss/chinese mainland players. So during events when you have a lot of people playing air, people will be running into a lot of bs, which is why it is such a problem that multipath does not work. All of these mechanics turn into a slot machine during events and even if we do everything right the enemy missile can ignore every defensive measure and go straight for the target.
Now look at the way too low contrails…
Imho the bug is way more serious when you are alive and have an oil leak - if you shut your engine down and feather the prop in order to glide back to base your engine still produces a smoke trail - i will check if you actually have fixed that.
I mean you still haven’t fixed the “vanishing battles” phenomenon. Most guys have had situation when you ended a match without a result screen.
This is usually not a problem as you get a few minutes later a full battle summary in your inbox.
But from time to time battles never pop up - often you don’t even get a replay, it looks like that these battles never happened.
Example? Half an hour ago i played this Air RB match (replay link) with a mission score of 1.955 points. I have not seen a result screen, my daily tasks (85% battle activity) was not updated, my mission score was not considered and i have not received a battle message in my inbox/battle overview.
I mean idc about the SL & RP loss of such “vanishing battles” - but i do care about missing progress in grinding events and daily special tasks. And contacting support is a waste of time, the need 3 working days for a reply and admitted that they are unable to adjust mission score or task progess.
Fix that - i am sure a hell of guys are not even aware that this issue exists…

I’ve encountered this problem several times. The most infuriating thing is when the BP task or event is not counted because of it. Especially with “wonderful” BP tasks with requirements “Win and…”.

I’m on 13.0 Su-27 that doesn’t have digital RWR. And it doesn’t have full coverage either, sometimes I don’t even get a RWR warning when Fox 3 is launched from top blind spot.
Agreed, its too high currently and needs to be lowered further, Ideally to IRL numbers per missile.
Clouds being too low to land…BooHoo. Does not bother Guijin to adjust CAS in AB when you cant lock on with SPAA with low cloud until they are landing bombs on your head or cloud with a million counter measures when you might as well J-out!!!

We need separate matchmaker for non Fox 3 carriers and stock Fox 3 carriers. Things like Su-27, F-20, F-16A’s etc… should never face planes with more than 2x Fox 3’s or ideally none with it at all.
yes It would let me actually use the f-4j without getting sniped by an amram
Then Gen 3 SARH carriers like the Tornado F3, Phantom, Mig-23 etc should never face Gen 4 aircraft like the Su-27, F-20, F-16A, etc
mig 23 vs f-16 is realistic though
