Patch notes reflect only key changes, meaning they may not include a complete list of all improvements made. Additionally, War Thunder is constantly being updated and some changes may not require an update. Changes reflected in patch notes are formed by taking reactions and requests of the community from the bug reporting service, forums and other official platforms into account. Bug fixes and changes are implemented in order of importance, for example a game-breaking bug will be worked on and implemented sooner.
Is this fix affected by the BLK file being read-only? Do I need to change permission back to read and write? I had to leave it on read only to stop the game overwriting my custom graphics.
I thought that was a feature to boost performance like when csgo added the texture streaming feature
although making it apply to vehicles is bad since you cant really aim for weakspots
I’ve got a similiar issue, but it’s on all my aircraft. All the huds are still low quality & with this annoying purple outline. What AA settings do you use?
Oml I just turned cockpit sharpness down to test, yeah belay you were correct. Why tf does it happen when sharpness is MAX. I need to turn it off to get a clear HUD.
Only started happening after the previous patch.
Yeah they messed with sharpness settings so it might have gotten messed up.
After Firebirds released, quite a few players experienced an issue with image sharpness: altering sharpness in the PostFX Settings had no effect. We fixed this issue first, and then noticed some more reports that demonstrated how excessive sharpness made the game look like it was running at a lower resolution. To circumvent this, we’ve moved the sharpness settings from the main graphics menu and transferred it to the PostFX Settings menu instead; all sharpness related settings can now be found there.
