where did your planning team go a few years ago? who gave you the courage to cut R & D revenue after the gift package promotion ended? luring consumers into spending, and then lowering R & D revenue again and again, this is fraud! Maybe we should go to court! also, j35xs went to 11.3, but there were no missiles corresponding to the allocation. Why didn’t you pull her to 13.7???

the strategy i mentioned (was never said to 100% hit, but out of the 40 battles ive played, in 35 of them, it worked perfectly fine and got a few kills)

Defend what rights and what interests? you dont own any part of the company your are just a consumer. Speaking out would be to have better suggestions of fixing issues you see in the game, not threatening a frivolous court action because the video game you play hurt your feelings on how you like to play the game. You paid for a product and you got access to that product, no where does it say the game will never change.
Please be aware that War Thunder is a huge project, so it generates a lot of bugs, we need some time to fix them all. We’re sorry that it’s not always super fast, but the development team and tech mods are doing their best to address and fix as many of them as possible.
Please do not insult anyone by calling bug fixes fraud.
No one is scamming anyone. We have sales every few months, with your PoV you can say that we should NEVER fix anything related to premium vehicles because it’s “fraud”? IMHO this PoV is a bit wrong. Especially that this bugfix is not related to a specific vehicle, but to a broken weapon “power” that is available for all aircraft, both regular and premium.

Any idea if the TT 103’s will get their gun depression fixed? Its been a few months since it was reported on the forums that only the O has the proper gun depression?
Thanks Gaijin, the thing with the rockets and the bases was just unbearable and unrealistic.
Finally this is history. Gone are the days when you dropped your bombs and a rocket player shot them out from under your nose with mini rockets from a distance.

there is zero reason it should have to face AIM-54s it doesn’t even know are coming
but, you can adjust the BR of some plane, some plane is standing at very weird BR such as J-35XS is 11.3 while J-7E is 11.0
There’s zero reason for you to let AIM-54s be launched on you to begin with.
You don’t know AIM-9Es are launched on you either.
If you die to AIM-54s, you’re still new to the BR and will always die to AIM-120s that are infinitely superior missiles.
I’ve went against many F-14s in my J35XS, died to none cause I learned the flaws of AIM-54s years ago.

Using the word “fix” is naughty, be honest and say nerf soon. You reduced the reward for destroying bases, with Milan and the premium account I earned 29k SL per base destroyed, now I only receive 24k. a 17% reduction in reward. The same applies to research points.

it does not have an RWR, you cannot possibly ever know if one is launched at you from 60km+ out, and you cannot simply flare it or evade it with a single turn like an AIM-9E, completely nonsense argument which is what i expect from you tbqh

You can dodge AIM-54s and put terrain between you and them…
There’s a reason I have zero deaths to AIM-54s in all aircraft except Tornado cause I wanted to see what would happen to my aircraft if I got hit by an AIM-54.
