Actually, Magic 2 is slightly better by not having such large FoV before firing. IRCCM is same, shrinking FoV but both Magic 2 and R-73s have same values there
Yep,… in the end:
R-73 have best maneuvrability+HMD
AIM-9M have better IRCCM+ smokeless engine
→ Magic-2 is in between but:
Having HMD for 35G is “useless” (even with 3km+ separation the missile do not found the target in deflection shot)
Have same IRCCM than R-73 << AIM-9M
And have a smoking engine → not possible to go for invisible launch gameplay
Result: not as good as R-73 in close range departement, and not as good as AIM-9M in long range departement
Potential solutions:
→ dual plane steering = 50G for short range and distances
→ improved IRCCM (which still would be subpar to the AIM-9M one, but superior to the R-73 and not equal as today)
The Aim9G has a smaller turning circle than the magic 2 lol

No way! How many years have passed, and only now did they fix the Challenger 2 track bug? The Challenger 2 engine sound hasn’t received an update in over 6 years, which is unacceptable. As I mentioned, it was better to keep the Leopard’s sound. Now, the Chally 3, which was already a joke, has become a walking vacuum cleaner like the other Challenger 2;
listen it would be even more unrealistic with the leopard 2 engine sound
I’m not saying the current one is unusable,… i’m saying that it is not realistic to the IRL one,… and that it should get one of those incorrect things to be fixed.
Anything is better than the sound of the Challenger 2 engine; the Challenger 3 is already unrealistic, considering that even the UK army hasn’t received it. So, what’s the issue? 😄

That being said, can we expect a rework to how gas turbines sound?
Currently the M1 Abrams and HSTV-L are much too loud, you can easily make out their distinct whine from across the map. This makes no sense as they’re supposedly quieter than diesels IRL.
In videos of M1 for example you hear the track noise well before the engine, it’s distinct whine only becomes audible after it has passed by the camera.
This change would not only be more accurate to real life, but also help alleviate the low winrate of US teams at top tier.
I already explained in detail above, including video evidence, why Challenger 3 TD must have the same sound as Challenger 2.
Firstly, the sound of the Challenger 2 in War Thunder bears no resemblance to the real-life counterpart. Secondly, it would be better to retain the sound of the Leopard 2 while Gaijin updates the sound of all Challenger 2, especially given that the Challenger 3 is a new tank.
By the way, do you own a Challenger 2?
When is IRRCM being fixed? Same with radar and radar missiles?
The vilkas bug for when its reissue cannot be that they hit the turret monitor and that means that you run out of tank monitor or perhaps the X-ray that samples the 3D images that the crew who are sitting on 2 ammunition packs is fake in any case the crew should fly away by destroying the ammunition and save me from having to press the “J”
