Patch notes reflect only key changes, meaning they may not include a complete list of all improvements made. Additionally, War Thunder is constantly being updated and some changes may not require an update. Changes reflected in patch notes are formed by taking reactions and requests of the community from the bug reporting service, forums and other official platforms into account. Bug fixes and changes are implemented in order of importance, for example a game-breaking bug will be worked on and implemented sooner.

This doesn’t include the Type 10, is this missing the bug or just not on the list?

Some good news! But… do you remember there are 10 nations in your game, right? Maybe trying out regenerative steering on the tanks that would benefit most from it would be useful? Just a thought… The Challenger? The Merkava? Just saying… it seems like only the Germans, Americans, and Russians exist in the game…

One of the tanks suffering most from the lack of regen steering is the Type 90/10 so…

And consider that the Type 90 has a much higher speed than the two I mentioned. The Challenger, lacking regenerative steering, comes to a halt when turning. They could have extended that feature to the latter models as well, so we could have seen the impact it would have had on them. But as usual, it looks like they put in a huge amount of work, when in reality they only applied it to a single hull.

Which means it has a lot more speed to lose in a turn, don’t get me wrong CR2 is on par with the Type 90/10s with needing the buff, but picking both one of the tanks that needs it most alone with one that needs it least was a decent way to judge the mechanic.
But if you want my personal opinion: I think even the half baked version was an improvement, I don’t like that it wasn’t fully implemented in its even current form, but it’s far more likely it will be improved before implementation then if it was implemented in its current form… and if it’s not implemented… well I have made myself clear on that topic…
