Unstoppable German PZ F III & IV F2

Hello fellow gamers. I had several encounters today that didn’t make sense and i was hoping some of you could help. They all involved the PZ tanks, but the two situations that stood out the most are these. I was driving my Crusader II and shooting MK 1 AP/T SHOT with 70mm penetrative ability. I first intercepted a PZ III F (30/30/20 Armor) and shot it twice and it did nothing. Second, I intercepted a PZ IV F2 (50/30/20) and shot it three times and those shots did nothing. Both PZ’s were shot in the flat section just below the turret. What the heck is going on? I should have stopped both tanks. Can someone advise if I’m missing something? I heard the German tanks are set with better odds. I don’t know if that is true. I just think this is odd. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Your round might’ve hit lower than it looked like (Pz. III F), however the Pz. IV F2 has high resistance to the round in its upper hull, so its more likely that one just didnt pen at all

I recommend you check the “hit analysis” tool for the replay. You can find it in Community > Replays

Then find the match where this occured (looking at map name, your score, enemy score) and then you can see in the right corner if I recall right “Hit Analysis” — this tool will let you see what happened to your shots.
