Unjustified ban for team killing (2 week ban)

I haven’t team killed in weeks and When I did that an accident. Completely unjustified I can’t play because of my SAM wants to go for a teammate. And the last time I purposely team killed was months ago and that was my fault I didn’t know the consequences. I would appreciate if one of you could help.
